Foot Reflexology

A system of massage used to relieve tension and treat illness, based on the theory that there are reflex points on the feet, hands, and head linked to every part of the body

Deep Tissue & Trigger Point Massage

Deep tissue massage flushes toxins from your body and enhances the immune system by increasing the production of t-cells. It also helps to decrease chronic muscle pain. It is a large part of injury rehabilitation and reduces inflammation-related pain caused by arthritis and tendonitis. It is generally integrated with other muscle techniques.

Cupping

The cupping technique involves using suction with glass cups over certain areas of the body (such as back or abdomen). It is often used to relax muscles, relieve pain, and increase blood flow to the area it is applied. The sensation is similar to massage. Patients agree that this method of therapy is relaxing, soothing and quite effective.

Sports Massage

The focus of this technique is to improve circulation, flexibility and range of motion, decrease recovery time from training, prevent injury, and improve muscular efficiency which will result in better performance. Our therapists work closely with you to determine if stretching or strengthening exercises will compliment your routine or help you to meet your performance goals, and give advice accordingly.
